What exactly am I buying?
A licensed digital download of the artwork, at the resolution and file format shown for the license you choose. You're licensing the right to use the file under those terms — you're not buying the copyright, and the file isn't a physical product unless you've purchased a framed print or canvas (coming in a future release).
How do I receive my file after I pay?
Once your payment is confirmed, you'll get an email with a secure download link within a few minutes. The link is unique to your order, expires after a set time, and has a limited number of downloads — so save your file promptly.
What's the difference between personal and commercial licenses?
A personal-use license covers printing and display for your own home or personal projects. A commercial license additionally covers business use — see the Licensing page for exactly what each option includes and excludes.
Can I get a refund on a digital download?
Because digital files can't be "returned," refund eligibility is limited — see our Refund Policy for the specifics. If a file is corrupted or the wrong resolution, contact us and we'll make it right.
Do you offer framed prints, canvas, or other physical products?
Not yet — the site currently sells digital downloads only. Framed prints, canvas, and posters are planned as a future addition; join the newsletter to hear when they launch.
