What you're buying

Your purchase is a digital download of the artwork shown, at the resolution and file format listed for this license, for use in your business as described below and subject to any limits shown alongside these terms. No physical product is included.

What you may do

- Everything permitted under the Personal Use License.

- Use the artwork on your business website.

- Use the artwork in advertisements and printed brochures for your business.

- Use the artwork in your business's social media posts.

Your specific use is subject to TyJen Enterprises, LLC's final approved terms and any audience, duration, or usage-count limits shown alongside these terms and recorded with your order. Contact support@tyjenenterprises.com to confirm an intended use before relying on this license for a specific campaign.

What you may not do

• Sell shirts, mugs, posters, or any other physical or digital product that features this artwork — that always requires separate permission (see "Merchandise" below).
• Resell, share, or give away the downloadable digital file itself.
• Upload the file to a stock-image site or any other art marketplace.
• Claim that you created this artwork.
• Use this artwork as a trademark or business logo, or in any other business branding, without Tyrone Ransom's separate written permission.

Merchandise (selling products featuring this artwork)

Commercial Use does not, by itself, permit selling merchandise — shirts, mugs, posters, or any other product — that features this artwork. That activity is "Separate permission required": it needs specific terms and limits approved in writing by Tyrone Ransom, shown alongside these terms when granted.

What this purchase does not give you

This purchase grants the specific commercial-use rights listed above, for the scope and duration TyJen Enterprises, LLC has approved. It does not transfer copyright or exclusive ownership of the artwork, and it is not a sale of the underlying artwork. TyJen Enterprises, LLC retains all rights not expressly granted here. Where the rights to a specific piece of artwork have not been independently verified, no additional copyright claim beyond these granted rights should be inferred.

Changes to these terms

A later purchase may be governed by a newer version of this license. The version you accept at checkout is the version that governs your purchase, permanently — it is recorded with your order and will not change even if this page is updated later.
