This Privacy Policy explains how TyJen Enterprises, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company (“Visual Impressions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit or make a purchase on the Visual Impressions by Tyrone website (the “Site”).

1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly:

• Name, email address, and billing/shipping details you enter at checkout or when creating an account.
• Your account credentials, if you create an account.
• Messages you send us through our contact form or by email.

Information collected automatically:

• Basic technical information (such as browser type, device type, and general usage patterns) through standard website logging and cookies.
• Shopping cart contents, stored via a cookie so your cart persists between visits, whether or not you're logged in.
• If you apply a coupon code, that code is stored in a cookie for the duration of your session so it stays applied as you continue browsing.

Information from payment processors:

When you check out, your payment is handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not receive or store your full card number. We do receive confirmation of payment, the last few digits of your card for your own reference, and related order/transaction details needed to fulfill your order.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfill your orders, including calculating applicable sales tax and delivering your purchased digital files.
• Create and manage your account, if you have one, and show you your order and download history.
• Communicate with you about your order, respond to support requests, and send order confirmations and receipts.
• Maintain and improve the Site, including troubleshooting technical issues.
• Detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and misuse of the Site, consistent with our Terms & Conditions.
• Comply with legal and tax obligations, including sales tax recordkeeping.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third parties we share information with

We share information with third parties only as needed to run the Site and fulfill your orders:

• Payment processing: Stripe processes your payment and, where applicable, calculates and remits sales tax. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy and security standards.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: the companies that host the Site and store order/account data on our behalf.
• Email delivery: the service we use to send order confirmations, receipts, and download links.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Visual Impressions, our customers, or others.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

The Site uses cookies for core functionality, including:

• Keeping your shopping cart contents associated with your browser session (whether you're a guest or logged in).
• Keeping you signed in to your account, if you have one.
• Remembering an applied coupon code for your current session.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may prevent parts of the Site (such as the shopping cart) from working properly.

5. Data retention

We retain order and account information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining sales and tax records as required by law, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. 6. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information we hold, including relying on Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure for payment handling and restricting access to order and account data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. We'll respond consistent with applicable law; some information (such as records needed for tax or legal compliance) may need to be retained even after a deletion request.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be reflected here; your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
