These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Visual Impressions by Tyrone website (the “Site”) and purchases made through it. The Site is operated by TyJen Enterprises, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company (“Visual Impressions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read the applicable product description, license terms, Digital Download Policy, and Privacy Policy before purchasing.

1. Digital artwork and licenses

We sell downloadable digital artwork. No physical item is included or shipped unless a product listing expressly says otherwise.

Each purchase includes the license selected at checkout. That license determines how you may use the artwork, including any limits on prints, edits, audience reach, campaigns, and duration. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the artwork or any copyright we hold in it. The license is nonexclusive unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

The license terms presented to you at checkout and recorded with your order govern your permitted use of that purchase. If a general statement in these Terms conflicts with a specific permission or limit in your purchased license, the purchased license controls that use.

2. Product information

Product pages describe the available licenses, prices, and digital files. On-screen colors and print results may vary with your display, printer, paper, and print provider. Check the stated file format, dimensions, and resolution before purchasing. Enlarging a file beyond its suitable print size may reduce image quality.

Watermarked previews, framed previews, and room mockups are illustrations. The files delivered after purchase are identified in the product listing or at checkout.

3. Accounts and guest checkout

You may check out as a guest or create an account where those options are available. You are responsible for providing accurate order information and safeguarding your account credentials. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may suspend access to an account or download when reasonably necessary to investigate unauthorized activity, fraud, or misuse of the Site. Contact us if you believe we made a mistake.

4. Prices, orders, and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes and the total payable amount will be shown during checkout before you place your order.

Payments are handled through the payment options offered at checkout. Our payment processor processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not intend to store your full payment card number on the Site.

An order is complete when its payment is confirmed. We will then provide access to the purchased digital file according to our Digital Download Policy. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may withhold or suspend download access while the issue is resolved.

If a listing or checkout contains an obvious pricing or technical error, we may contact you to correct the error or cancel and refund the affected order before delivering the file.

5. Downloads and purchase problems

Download delivery, access, and troubleshooting are described in our Digital Download Policy. You are responsible for having compatible software and a suitable device to open the stated file format.

If your download is missing, corrupt, or different from what your order describes, contact us at art@tyjenenterprises.com with your order number so we can investigate and provide the correct file or another appropriate remedy.

Refund and cancellation terms are stated in our Digital Download Policy, subject to any rights you have under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

6. Use of purchased artwork

You may use purchased artwork only within the permissions of your selected license. Unless that license expressly permits it, you may not resell or distribute the downloadable file, upload it to a stock-image or art marketplace, sublicense it, or offer it as a standalone download. Selling products featuring the artwork requires separate permission unless your purchased license expressly includes that right.

Permission to crop or resize an image does not expand the license’s limits on commercial use, prints, campaigns, duration, or merchandise. You may not claim that you created the artwork or use it as a trademark or business logo without our separate written permission.

If you purchase artwork for a client, follow the client-use and file-sharing rules in the applicable license. Contact us before purchasing if the intended use is unclear.

7. Site use

You agree not to interfere with the Site or attempt to access another customer’s account, order, or files. You may not bypass download controls, misuse payment systems, or use automated methods to collect artwork or Site content without our permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

8. Artwork and Site content

The artwork and Site content may include material owned by Tyrone Ransom, TyJen Enterprises, LLC, or other rights holders. We reserve the rights we hold in that material, subject to the licenses we grant and applicable law. Some artwork may have been created with the assistance of digital or AI tools; the scope of copyright protection can vary by work.

Our names, branding, Site design, text, and previews may not be copied or used beyond what these Terms, your purchased license, or applicable law permits. See our Copyright Notice for additional information.

9. Availability and Site changes

We may update products, prices, and Site features or discontinue a listing. These changes do not alter the license terms recorded with a completed purchase. We may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security, or technical reasons and will work to restore service when reasonably possible.

10. Disclaimers and liability

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately and deliver the files purchased. Except for promises expressly made in these Terms, the product listing, or your license, the Site and digital files are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or purchased artwork. Our total liability for a claim relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, except where applicable law does not permit that limit. These provisions do not restrict remedies or rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. Payment providers may also process your information under their own privacy notices.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Connecticut law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order, together with the license terms recorded at checkout. Changes to these Terms do not retroactively reduce rights already granted under a completed purchase.

14. General provisions

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our ability to enforce it later.
