1. Ownership

All artwork, images, text, graphics, logos, and other content on the Visual Impressions by Tyrone website (the “Site”), unless otherwise noted, are owned by Tyrone Ransom and/or TyJen Enterprises, LLC (“Visual Impressions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and are protected by U.S. copyright law and applicable international treaties.

Some artwork on the Site may have been created with the assistance of digital or AI-based creative tools. The scope of copyright protection available for such works can vary and continues to evolve under U.S. and international law; nothing in this notice should be read as a representation about the specific legal status of any individual piece.

2. What a purchase does and does not include

Purchasing artwork through the Site gives you a license to use that artwork according to the specific license you selected at checkout (Personal Use or Commercial Use, as described in our license terms and Terms & Conditions). A purchase:

Does grant you the right to use the file within the limits of your purchased license (for example, print limits, permitted audience or campaign scope, and duration, where applicable).
Does not transfer ownership of the artwork or any copyright in it to you.
Does not, unless your license expressly says otherwise, give you the right to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the downloadable file itself, upload it to a stock-image or art marketplace, or offer it as a standalone download.

3. Site content and branding

The Visual Impressions by Tyrone name, logo, Site design, layout, original text, and preview imagery (including framed and room-preview mockups) may not be copied, reproduced, or used beyond what our Terms & Conditions, your purchased license, or applicable law permits, without our prior written permission.

4. Reporting suspected infringement of our copyright

If you believe someone is using our artwork or Site content outside the terms of a valid license — for example, reselling a downloaded file, using it beyond a license's permitted scope, or copying it without any purchase at all — please let us know at art@tyjenenterprises.com. Include:

A description of the artwork or content involved, and where you saw it used (a URL or other specific location, if possible).
Your contact information.
Any details supporting your belief that the use isn't authorized.

5. If you believe your own copyright has been infringed

If you believe content on the Site infringes a copyright you own, contact us at art@tyjenenterprises.com with:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
Identification of the material on the Site you claim is infringing, and its location.
Your contact information.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review and respond to valid notices consistent with applicable law.
